In this famous experiment, electrons were shot through two slits. When observed, the electrons behaved like particles, appearing in specific locations. But when unobserved, they behaved like waves, spreading out as energy.

Similarly, in Samkhya philosophy, the observed is Prakriti (manifested reality), while the unobserved is Purusha(unmanifested essence). When we observe something, it solidifies into form. When we don’t, it returns to its unmanifested state.
